Looking forward to next week:

Friday, 15th December: 7:30 rehearsal in the church. Bring stands, which can be left at church overnight.

Saturday, 16th December: 2:00 – 4:30 rehearsal with Ensemble in the church. There is a comfortable room in the church with toilet and warm drink making facilities that we can use between rehearsal and concert.

7:00 CONCERT

Please do your best to sell tickets – we’ve all worked hard to get this concert on; we want a good audience.

Masters in this hall	Lots of errors. Needs some homework. Solid, marching beat essential.
Let us gather hand in hand	Familiarise. This will take time on the day.
Personent Hodie	v.1 Full; v.2 SA; v.3 TB; v.4 Full. Look at the words. Energy.
In dulci jubilo	Check the harmonies of v2; ST learn the final verse descant.
O little town of Bethlehem	Be sure of the join into v3 and back.
The Christ Child	Enjoy the alto and tenor crotchets.Sing expressively.
My Lord has Come	Pleased with this. Make the most of the contrasts.
Every Stone Shall Cry	Needs lots of energy but pay attention to the dynamics.
Star Carol	Articulate the words; tell the story.
